Concrete gives the address its presence.

A substantial refurbishment at the northern edge of the Commerce Crescent precinct. Heavy concrete forms, textured brickwork and broad glazed openings create a distinct retail address. ASTEK is credited as main contractor in Architect and Builder’s June/July 2021 project feature.
